Mark Cruzan

Mark Cruzan is an assurance and advisory business services partner with Ernst & Young LLP. Located in Ernst & Young's Portland office, Mark has accumulated more than 25 years of public accounting experience, including 22 years with Ernst & Young in its Phoenix, Seattle, and Portland offices.

Mark's audit, accounting, and tax experience includes serving private and public clients in the health care, insurance, real estate, construction, retail consumer products, industrial products, life sciences, financial services, and other industries.

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a CPA in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Alabama, and Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon State Society of CPAs, and has served on the boards of numerous charitable, professional, and civic organizations.
